Walmart in partnership with ZP (now Thrive Global) created the ZP Challenge so their associates would make better choices over 21 days in the areas of Money, Food, Fit, or Family through a mobile app.  These better choices would also give them the opportunity to win big cash prizes – all they had to do was submit and share their stories. To really get the word out there and inspire associates, we worked together with ZP to focus solely on the city of Muskegon, Michigan. We developed a Better Choices Movement with an interactive campaign to show our associates that taking small steps everyday toward better choices is not only possible, but achievable. We then took it a step further and expanded the influence of our movement outside to the larger Muskegon community, enlisting our associate ambassadors to spread the word, in the first ever 90-day community ZP Challenge.
