The Harvard Business Review recognized our work for Mahindra as one of the best examples of company culture and employee behavior change. StrawberryFrog helped the Mahindra Group through a radical growth strategy, enabling the entire multi-disiplined, multinational employee base to focus. As one of the most powerful Indian multinational conglomerates with an international reach, leadership sought to drive innovation and customer-focus.
