LEAD STRATEGIST MOVEMENT INSIDE

We are looking for a Lead Strategist to partner with our Head of Movement Inside in building a new kind of consultancy, using the principles and power of movements to solve People and HR challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Build a new consultancy – Establish our recently defined Movement Inside (MI) foundation.
  • Be the lead strategist on everything Movement Inside.
  • Drive growth – Actively participate in Business development efforts.
  • Build Thought Leadership – Be a forward-thinker, helping MI gain credibility and visibility in the People Space.
  • Develop a team – Build the strategy team according to our MI business needs Be an Ambassador of SF’s Movement Thinking philosophy.

 

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

StrawberryFrog is looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Director to grow StrawberryFrog’s public profile and external awareness of our brand, capabilities, and client accomplishments. You’ll help plan and implement StrawberryFrog’s marketing and PR activities, oversee our annual marketing/PR budget, and analyze our efforts to measure ROI.
This is a new position at StrawberryFrog, and as such, it will be shaped by our experience together.

Responsibilities

Public Relations & Speaking Engagements

  • Oversee strategy, tone, editorial calendar, and execution of all forms of outbound communications, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media, and partner publications.
  • Plan and execute our PR strategy to promote recent client work, key hires, relevant new business wins, awards, and other important news.
  • Help drive execution and distribution of thought leadership pieces.
  • Research and identify the best and most relevant marketing, HR and Business conferences, business sessions, industry leadership events, podcasts and other select platforms for StrawberryFrog leadership speaking opportunities.
  • Raise recognition and visibility of StrawberryFrog senior leadership team members by identifying and nurturing bylines and pitching employees for speaking opportunities at industry conferences.
  • Establish an annual calendar of speaking engagements (one per month minimum) and create a communications strategy for events we are attending, sponsoring and/or hosting.
  • Build relationships with industry journalists/editors/press/magazines/publications, and proactively work to increase StrawberryFrog’s exposure within them.

Digital

  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns and track campaign success.
  • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
  • Oversee social media efforts to improve KPIs (organic and paid).
  • Manage relationships with vendor partners (e.g. Paid Social agency, SEO, Google, etc.).

Marketing

  • Develop the strategy for industry awards submission by discovering new opportunities and owning the application process.
  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns and track campaign success.
  • Oversee involvement in various growth programs, memberships, and sponsorships.
  • Manage relationships with vendor partners (e.g. Paid Social agency, SEO, etc.).
  • Track annual marketing budget and expenses.
  • Assist in developing strategies to track and improve our current and past marketing efforts.
  • Maintain organized record of marketing metrics for all campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or corporate communications in-house at a digital, media, or advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated success with public relations/marketing/communications strategies for an organization.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/paid social campaigns.
  • Sense of urgency, proactive, driven and possesses a can-do attitude.
  • Detail-oriented; strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and decision making skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills; ability to succinctly communicate complex ideas into a digestible form.
  • A relationship builder, excited by the opportunity to partner with team members cross-functionally and external business partners.

A plus but not required:
Established, trust-based relationships with industry trades and news publications.
Experience in MS Excel, web analytics and Google AdWords

  • Able to work closely with designers giving direction and feedback.
  • Help craft the work of junior creatives to meet Strawberry Frog standards.
  • Nurture & inspire junior talent, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • Develop trusting, genuine relationships with your clients.
  • Present work to clients, gather feedback, and debrief teams.
  • Work with project managers, producers and account teams to ensure work is delivered at the highest quality and on time.
  • Contribute to the communication, demonstration and standards of StrawberryFrog.

 

STRAWBERRYFROG TADPOLE PROGRAM 

StrawberryFrog’s distinctive eight weeks paid Tadpole Program allows interns to work within departments across the firm. During their internship, interns will be able to experience real-life projects while experiencing truly what it’s like to work in a cultural movements firm. We’re looking for brilliant minds and souls to join as interns in the strategy and account management departments. JR ART DIRECTOR

As an Art Director you work with Copywriters, Designers and external partners to create simple, surprising and empathetic ideas that bring commercial success to our clients and the agency.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop work that’s both culture setting and effective.
  • Create work across a broad range of media, in a variety of tones and voices.
  • Take responsibility for your work. Ensure your concepts are simple, well-articulated adhere to brand mandatories and legal accuracy throughout.
  • Have an impeccable eye for design and an understanding of typography, layouts and composition.
  • Be well versed in social best practices and have a unique curiosity for emerging technologies.
  • Be a pop culture expert. At any point be prepared to speak to latest trends in music, art and activism. Be prepared to share your opinions and expertise with agency and creative leaders.
  • Stay ahead of and keep the agency informed about current media trends, emerging media, and how people are engaging with and using media. This includes: social media, content and technology.
