Peralta is CEO of StrawberryFrog Sao Paulo where he oversees work for clients in Brazil and Latin America. Peralta co-founded StrawberryFrog Brazil in August 2007. Under Peralta's leadership, StrawberryFrog Brazil has become one of the most respected innovative advertising and marketing agencies in Brazil and Latin America. Peralta has won clients such as PepsiCo, Quaker, Henkel, Natura Brasil (Brazil's largest cosmetics company, and number one in social and environmental responsibility), Laureate Education, Inc., and Cosan (one of Brazil's largest producers of ethanol). By securing Quaker and PepsiCo they have expanded their area of performance across Latin America. The agency recorded in 2009 a 30% growth and neutralized its carbon footprint, thus becoming a Carbon-free company.
With 18 years experience at the leading edge of the marketing, communications, and advertising industry, Peralta has worked for more than 200 domestic and global brands, such as Havaianas, Itaú Bank, InBev, Telefónica, Audi, Fiat, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Honda and PepsiCo, to which he created the "Shirt" and "Manchester" commercial films for Pepsi‚ "Ask for More" global campaign, both recipients of Silver Lions at Cannes. In addition to awards at Cannes Festival, this creative leader‚ who started off as a copywriter‚ has also amassed awards at Clio Awards, D&AD, FIAP, London and NY Festivals. In 2006, he wrote a book, "Start in Advertising with an Idea", as a means to share his professional experience with students interested in entering the world of advertising, disclosing tips and advice. In 2009, he represented Brazil as a juror at Cannes Festival.
