We think the best way to build relationships with people is on their own terms. We recommended that Pharmacia & Upjohn put the science to one side, and be the first advertiser in the category to
focus on the very personal benefits that health products can bring. This emotional approach helped increase the relevance of Pharmacia's therapies, and research showed that consumers felt more positive towards the brand after seeing the work. This campaign was done in StrawberryFrog's Amsterdam office.
