Set your GPS for Atlantis. Despite critical acclaim, the new Colt had to make a huge splash to compete against higher profile brands in the European market. Our print/tv/experiential campaign laid down a challenge: Where will Colt take you? We positioned the Colt to women, as a car to inspire fantastic journeys. To dramatize this, we took drivers to a place they've never been: Underwater.
To build buzz ahead of the car's launch, we created The Colt Lifestyle Rally - a contest offering incredible weekend journeys around Europe's style capitals in a convoy of Colts. To promote the rally, we designed special aquariums to display the Mitsubishi as a work of art on city streets. We even created our own brand of Colt bottled water. This campaign was done in StrawberryFrog's Amsterdam office.
